On Saturday, March 9, a video was posted on a social media platform involving youth hockey players engaging in apparent USA Hockey SafeSport infractions.

It has been confirmed the players in the video are members of the LA Jr Kings.

This video is the subject of a CAHA/Pacific District SafeSport investigation.

Today the LAJK communicated that 3 Team coaches and 15 Team members have been suspended from all LA Jr Kings and Toyota Sports Center events & activities, pending the results of the CAHA/Pacific District SafeSport investigation.

Furthermore, the LAJK will be fully cooperating with CAHA, the Pacific District and USA Hockey to the extent necessary to ensure a thorough and complete investigation.

The LAJK have zero tolerance for SafeSport violations within the club and youth hockey.

The LAJK program is dedicated to providing its student-athletes an unparalleled developmental experience on the ice, while also fostering their growth as socially mature, community-minded young men and women.

To that end, we support positive values such as friendship, respect and teamwork, and community ideals such as diversity, equality and tolerance.
