Two former Los Angeles Jr. Kings - goaltender Mattias Sholl and forward Cooper Haar - were selected to participate in this year’s North American Hockey League (NAHL) Top Prospects Tournament, which will be showcased from Feb. 17-18, at the New England Sports Village in Attleboro, Mass.

The 2000-born Sholl (pictured) holds a 23-8-3 record, including two shutouts, to compliment a 2.05 goals-against average and .923 save percentage as a member of the Fairbanks Ice Dogs, while the 1999-born Haar has totaled nine goals for 30 points through 26 games this season with the Aberdeen Wings.

The NAHL Top Prospects Tournament is considered one of most highly-scouted events in all of junior hockey. Last season over 220 scouts attended the event, which featured almost every NHL team and NCAA Division I school.
