Wolf recognized by NHL Central Scouting

NHL Central Scouting recognized former Los Angeles Jr. King Dustin Wolf on its “Players to Watch” list for 2019 draft-eligibles, which was released on Nov. 12. The 2001-born goaltender is in his second season stopping pucks for the WHL's Everett Silvertips.

NHL Central Scouting recognized former Los Angeles Jr. King Dustin Wolf on its “Players to Watch” list for 2019 draft-eligibles, which was released today.

Wolf, a 2001-born goaltender, is listed as a C-rated prospect, indicating a fourth-, fifth- or sixth-round draft candidate.

In this his second season stopping pucks for the Western Hockey League’s (WHL) Everett Silvertips, Wolf holds a 13-6 record, including one shutout, to compliment a 1.73 goals-against average and .927 save percentage.

Wolf, a member of the 2018 U.S. Under-18 Men's Select Team that competed in the Hlinka Gretzky Cup over the summer, was named the WHL Goaltender of the Week for the week ending Oct. 28.

The 2019 NHL Entry Draft will be conducted on June 21-22 at Rogers Arena in Vancouver.
