Wolf recognized by NHL Central Scouting

NHL Central Scouting recognized former Los Angeles Jr. King Dustin Wolf, who is stopping pucks this season for the WHL's Everett Silvertips, on its midterm rankings of 2019 draft-eligibles, which was released today.

Wolf, a 2001 birth year, is listed No. 17 among North American goaltenders.

In this his second season stopping pucks for the Western Hockey League’s (WHL) Everett Silvertips, Wolf holds a 29-11 record, including four shutouts, to compliment a 1.88 goals-against average and .927 save percentage in 42 appearances.

Wolf, a member of the 2018 U.S. Under-18 Men's Select Team that competed in the Hlinka Gretzky Cup over the summer, was named the WHL Goaltender of the Week for the weeks ending Oct. 28 and Dec. 9.

He was also named the Canadian Hockey League Goaltender of the Week for the week ending Dec. 9 and WHL Goaltender of the Month for December.

The 2019 NHL Entry Draft will be conducted on June 21-22 at Rogers Arena in Vancouver.
